Program Manager

We're Hiring \| Program Manager – Electro\-Mechanical Hardware Products

Location: Kochi

Experience: 5\+ Years

PMP Certification: Mandatory

This isn't a status\-reporting role.

This is an ownership role.

You'll lead complex hardware development programs from concept through prototyping and into mass production, ensuring that technical excellence, commercial success, and customer expectations stay aligned.

What You'll Own

• End\-to\-end program delivery from Concept → EVT → DVT → PVT → Mass Production
• Cross\-functional leadership across:
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Firmware
• Supply Chain
• Manufacturing
• Project schedules, budgets, billing milestones, and commercial targets
• Risk identification, mitigation planning, and execution governance
• Customer communication and executive stakeholder management
• BOM cost management and project profitability

What We're Looking For

• 5\+ years of Hardware Product Development experience
• Minimum 2 years in Program or Project Management
• PMP Certification (Mandatory)
• Strong understanding of Electro\-Mechanical Hardware Products
• Experience with PLM and ERP systems
• Working knowledge of DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly)
• Ability to collaborate with engineering teams and discuss mechanical, electrical, and firmware challenges confidently
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Education

B.E / B.Tech – Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering
