Booktara.com is looking for a mid\-level Program Manager to manage and coordinate SaaS product and business programs from planning to execution. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience working with SaaS\-based products, strong coordination skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work closely with cross\-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project goals.
Own and manage program execution for Booktara.com, ensuring project milestones, timelines, and deliverables are clearly tracked and completed on time.
Coordinate with product, technology, marketing, sales, support, and leadership teams to align priorities and remove blockers.
Bring hands\-on SaaS experience to support product planning, customer journey improvements, subscription workflows, onboarding, retention, and operational execution.
Create, maintain, and update project plans, task trackers, status reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review.
Conduct regular follow\-ups with internal teams to ensure assigned tasks are progressing as planned.
Identify risks, delays, dependencies, and process gaps early, and report them to management with clear action plans.
Support coordination between management and department heads for business growth initiatives, product enhancements, marketing campaigns, and customer experience improvements.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports covering completed tasks, pending tasks, key risks, and upcoming priorities.
Ensure structured communication across teams, including meeting notes, action items, reminders, and timely escalation of critical issues.
Help improve internal workflows, SOPs, and program management processes for better productivity and accountability.
Mid\-level experience in program management, project coordination, SaaS operations, product operations, or a similar role.
Must have hands\-on experience or strong working knowledge of SaaS business/product workflows.
Strong understanding of task ownership, milestone tracking, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Tamil communication is an added advantage.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, document tasks clearly, and follow up until completion.
Experience using tools such as Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, project trackers, CRM tools, helpdesk tools, or project management platforms is preferred.
Strong problem\-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams
Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
