We are looking for someone who will work closely with *children, teachers, families, and the wider community.*

The role involves understanding community needs, supporting educational programmes, helping teachers, tracking student growth, and contributing to the development of the organisation over time.

This is a hands\-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, takes responsibility, and is interested in growing alongside a grassroots organisation.
