• *Job Summary**

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Project Architect to manage architectural projects from design development to execution. The candidate will coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of high\-quality projects.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage architectural projects from concept stage to completion.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, working drawings, and detailed design documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants.
• Ensure project designs comply with local authority regulations and building standards.
• Attend client meetings and provide design and technical solutions.
• Prepare project schedules and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
• Guide and supervise junior architects and drafting teams.
• Maintain project documentation and drawing records.

• *Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in architectural projects.
• **Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methods, and project coordination.**
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

• *Additional Responsibilities – Project Architect**

• Prepare concept studies, schematic designs, and design development drawings.
• Review and verify consultant drawings for coordination and clash\-free execution.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
• Prepare architectural tender drawings and assist in tender documentation.
• Participate in design review meetings and internal coordination discussions.
• Maintain proper documentation of revisions, RFIs, site instructions, and approvals.
• Support quantity estimation and material selection processes.
• Ensure proper implementation of design intent during execution stage.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding architectural materials and finishes.
• Assist management in resource planning and project allocation.
• Review shop drawings and material submittals from contractors.

• *Additional Skills Preferred**

• Strong understanding of construction drawings and site execution processes.
• Experience in large\-scale residential and commercial developments.
• Knowledge of sustainable and green building practices.
• Ability to manage consultants and external agencies independently.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.

• *Additional Information**

• Experience in residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects will be preferred.
• Candidates should be capable of independently handling projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
