Amypo Technologies is looking for a dynamic and highly organized **Project Manager/Project Co\-Ordinator – EdTech Operations** to lead and manage academic, training, and institutional projects across colleges, universities, and corporate learning initiatives.
The ideal candidate will oversee end\-to\-end project execution, trainer deployment, stakeholder coordination, and program delivery while ensuring high\-quality learning outcomes and client satisfaction. The Project Manager will serve as the key liaison between educational institutions, trainers, students, clients, and internal teams.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver EdTech projects and training programs.
- Coordinate with colleges, universities, trainers, and internal teams for seamless program execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of workshops, faculty development programs, placement training, certification courses, and other academic initiatives.
- Conduct regular review meetings with stakeholders and provide project status updates.
- Handle project documentation, reports, attendance records, feedback analysis, and compliance requirements.
- Manage client communications and ensure prompt resolution of escalations and concerns.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as student engagement, trainer effectiveness, project completion rates, and client satisfaction.
- Continuously improve project execution processes and operational efficiency.
- Strong project planning and execution capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and reporting systems.
- Ability to work in a fast\-paced, deadline\-driven environment.
- Strong presentation and client\-handling skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
- 1\.5–3 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Academic Operations, Training Operations, or EdTech Project Coordination.
- Experience working with educational institutions, training organizations, skill development programs, or learning platforms is highly preferred.
- Willingness to travel for project coordination and client interactions when required.
Pay: ₹350,000\.00 \- ₹500,000\.00 per year
