Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented **Project Coordinator** to support the planning, execution, and completion of engineering and manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal departments, monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities between Design, Production, Procurement, Quality, and Dispatch teams.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, and progress reports.
• Monitor project timelines and follow up with departments to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients regarding project updates, documentation, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, purchase orders, and related records.
• Track material availability and coordinate with Procurement for timely sourcing.
• Organize project meetings, prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on action items.
• Identify project delays and escalate issues to the Project Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and project requirements.
• Prepare project status reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering company.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and project tracking.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Strong problem\-solving and follow\-up skills.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
