• *About the job**

We are looking for a motivated and detail\-oriented **Project Coordinator** to join our team. This role is ideal for B.Tech/B.E graduates who are eager to build a career in industrial automation and project management. The candidate will support project execution activities, coordinate with internal departments and manage project documentation efficiently.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Maintain and control project documents, drawings, reports and correspondence
• Track project schedules, milestones, and pending activities
• Prepare project status reports and Minutes of Meeting
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Site teams for smooth project execution
• Ensure proper document submission to clients and internal departments
• Support Project Manager in daily project coordination activities
• Maintain proper filing and document control systems
• Follow up with vendors, suppliers and internal teams for timely updates
• Assist during commissioning and project close\-out documentation activities
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards

• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good organizational and documentation skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

• *Preferred Skills**

• Basic understanding of PLC, SCADA, Electrical Panels, or Industrial Automation
• Knowledge of project documentation practices is an added advantage
