Full Job Description

Devant IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented **Project Coordinator** with 1–2 years of experience and a basic understanding of IT projects. **Candidates from Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Applications, or related disciplines will be given preference.**

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

· Communicate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address queries.

· Collaborate with development, design, QA, and management teams.

· Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.

· Prepare project reports, status updates, and meeting minutes (MOM).

· Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.

· Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate when required.

· Maintain project documentation and ensure process compliance.

· Follow up with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

· Support project managers and senior management in daily operational activities.

Required Skills

· 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations coordination, business coordination, or a similar role.

· Basic knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and IT project workflows.

· Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

· Familiarity with Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar project management tools.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Educational Qualification: \-

• *Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, business analytics, computer applications, information technology, engineering, or related fields. MBA candidates will be given additional preference**.
