1\. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals and targets.

2\. Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to maximize individual and team success.

3\. Set clear sales objectives, targets, and quotas for the team, monitoring progress and taking corrective actions when needed.

4\. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.

5\. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

6\. Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to align sales efforts, enhance product offerings, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

7\. Conduct regular sales meetings and trainings to educate the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.

8\. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

9\. Review and analyze sales performance data, including sales reports, forecasts, and metrics, to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous sales growth.

10\. Drive sales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns to generate leads, increase market penetration, and achieve sales objectives.

11\. Collaborate with senior management to develop sales budgets, strategies, and forecasts.

12\. Stay updated on industry best practices, sales methodologies, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the sales team's effectiveness and efficiency.

13\. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and initiatives to support sales efforts.

14\. Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to the Senior Leadership team.

Pay: ₹50,000\.56 \- ₹60,000\.69 per month
