Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented **Sr. Construction Head – Civil** with 15\+ years of experience in managing and executing large\-scale industrial, manufacturing or Greenfield construction projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end\-to\-end civil construction execution, site management, contractor management, project planning, quality control and coordination with clients, consultants and PMC teams.

Key Roles \& Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall civil construction activities for large\-scale industrial / manufacturing projects.
• Handle end\-to\-end civil construction execution from project mobilisation to completion and handover.
• Manage RCC structures, structural steel, equipment foundations, industrial buildings, flooring, roads, drainage and associated infrastructure works.
• Monitor project schedules, construction progress, milestones and resource utilisation.
• Ensure construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with PMC, client representatives, consultants, architects, MEP teams and other stakeholders.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, manpower and site engineering teams.
• Review construction methodologies, work schedules and execution strategies.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, QA/QC procedures and site safety requirements.
• Identify construction\-related challenges, resolve site issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor project costs, material utilisation and productivity.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Ensure timely completion of construction activities within approved project timelines.

Required Skills \& Experience

• Minimum 15\+ years of experience in Civil Construction and Project Execution.
• Strong experience in large\-scale Industrial / Greenfield Manufacturing Projects.
• Experience in Semiconductor, Solar Cell Manufacturing, Electronics Manufacturing, Automobile Plants or other large industrial projects will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, structural steel, industrial foundations and industrial building construction.
• Experience in managing large construction teams and multiple contractors.
• Excellent project planning, execution, monitoring and coordination skills.
• Strong leadership, decision\-making and stakeholder management abilities.

Educational Qualification

• BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Postgraduate qualification in Construction / Project Management will be an added advantage.
