Mid Level Civil Engineer – 7 to 10 Years

BE / B.Tech Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate multiple civil construction activities for high\-rise and institutional building projects.
• Monitor RCC structural works, foundations, superstructure, masonry, waterproofing and architectural finishing.
• Review approved construction drawings, technical specifications, method statements and inspection requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance, manpower deployment, material availability and construction productivity.
• Ensure compliance with applicable IS Codes, government project requirements and established quality standards.
• Coordinate with PMC teams, client representatives, architects, structural consultants and MEP engineers.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure timely closure of site observations and non\-conformance reports.
• Review work progress against construction schedules and identify potential delays.
• Verify measurements, contractor work quantities and supporting documentation for billing.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and assist in project review meetings.
• Resolve technical site issues and coordinate corrective measures with the relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure proper execution of civil works, finishing activities, snag rectification and handover documentation.

Mandatory Experience

High\-rise building construction, residential/commercial projects, government/institutional construction, site execution, contractor coordination, IS Codes, QA/QC and construction project monitoring.

Pay: ₹45,000\.00 \- ₹65,000\.00 per month
