*Key Responsibilities**
**Project execution and site management**
Take overall responsibility for site execution, including planning, monitoring, and control of projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
**Daily site coordination**
Coordinate day\-to\-day site activities and liaise with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
**Team leadership at site**
Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors, ensuring discipline, productivity, and motivation of site teams.
**Project planning and scheduling**
Prepare detailed project schedules in line with the master plan, track progress against milestones, and implement corrective actions for delays.
**Resource optimization**
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery to achieve project objectives efficiently.
**Cost and budget control**
Monitor project costs, ensure execution within approved budgets, review contractor bills, variations, and change orders, and highlight cost risks for mitigation.
**Quality assurance and control**
Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards, and implement QA/QC procedures with regular inspections.
**Site safety management**
Ensure strict adherence to site safety norms and statutory requirements across all project activities.
**Client and stakeholder coordination**
Act as the primary point of contact for site\-level coordination with client, management, and lead coordinator, maintaining professional communication with all stakeholders.
**Progress review and reporting**
Conduct progress review meetings, present project status, and maintain site records, drawings, approvals, and reports.
**Risk identification and mitigation**
Identify potential risks related to schedule, cost, quality, and safety, and develop and implement mitigation plans in coordination with the team.
*Essential requirements**
**Technical proficiency**
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project execution, with ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs, and understanding of testing and commissioning procedures.
**Software skills**
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, efficient use of planning tools such as MS Project or Primavera, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
**Certification**
Project management certification such as PMP or equivalent is considered an added advantage.
**Communication and leadership**
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, demonstrate strong leadership and decision\-making skills, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
**Language proficiency**
Proficiency in Hindi and English is compulsory.
**Education**
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
