Experience : 15\+ yrs

Seeking an experienced and results\-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction project management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Project Planning \& Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Team Management: Lead, manage, and coordinate the efforts of project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. • Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and ensure cost\-effective execution within the approved budget.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all construction activities comply with quality standards, safety protocols, and relevant regulations.
• Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential risks or delays and implement effective strategies to mitigate them.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of project progress, changes, and final reports.

• *Qualifications \& Skills:**

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 15 years in construction project management, preferably in high\-rise or commercial projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and a solid understanding of construction methodologies. • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem Solving: Exceptional problem\-solving and decision\-making skills.
• Certifications (preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.
