Project Manager - CSR

Core Responsibilities

• **Project Execution:** Design and run community programs in areas like education, healthcare, livelihood, and environmental sustainability.
• **Partner \& NGO Management:** Coordinate with non\-profit partners, conduct due diligence, and monitor field implementation.
• **Budget \& Compliance:** Track fund utilization, manage project finances, and prepare statutory documentation and impact reports.
• **Employee Engagement:** Organize corporate volunteering days, giving campaigns, and internal ESG awareness activities.
• **Stakeholder Relations:** Liaise with local communities, government bodies, and corporate leadership.
• **Education:** Degree in Social Work (MSW), Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field.
• **Experience:** 3 to 7\+ years in CSR, program management, or community development.
• **Key Competencies:** Strong project planning, grant writing, data reporting, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
