• *The role**

The Project Manager – Cybersecurity runs Cywarden's security implementation and managed\-service projects from kickoff to steady state. The role plans scope, schedule, resources and budget, manages client stakeholders and risks, and keeps engineering teams in Pune and Mohali delivering on time. Typical projects include SIEM/SOC onboarding, security tool deployments, compliance programs and cloud security work.

• *Job duties and time allocation**

Percentages show the approximate share of working time spent on each duty.

• **25%: Project planning and delivery.** Define scope, plans, milestones and resourcing for cybersecurity projects and drive delivery to agreed outcomes.
• **20%: Stakeholder management.** Act as the primary client contact, run status meetings and manage expectations and escalations.
• **15%: Risk, issue and change control.** Track risks, issues, dependencies and change requests and keep them under control.
• **15%: Team coordination.** Coordinate engineers, architects and vendors across time zones and remove blockers.
• **10%: Budget and commercials.** Track effort, cost and billing against the statement of work and support renewals.
• **10%: Reporting and governance.** Produce status reports, RAID logs and project documentation for clients and leadership.
• **5%: Process improvement.** Improve Cywarden's delivery templates, tooling and project\-management practices.

• *Required qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
• 8–15 years in IT, with at least 5 years managing cybersecurity or infrastructure projects
• Track record delivering security projects such as SIEM/SOC onboarding, IAM, endpoint or network security
• Strong command of project\-management methods (PMP/PRINCE2, Agile)
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management
• Experience working with US\-based clients

• *Preferred qualifications**

• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM or similar certification
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM or Security\+
• Experience with ISO 27001 or SOC 2 programs
• Proficiency with Jira, MS Project or Smartsheet
