We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee the execution of Chiller, VRV, and VRF projects from planning to handover. The candidate will be responsible for project management, team leadership, client coordination, material planning, site execution, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.
1\. Project Management
- Manage end\-to\-end HVAC projects including Chiller, VRV, and VRF systems.
- Prepare project schedules, milestones, and execution plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal departments and subcontractors.
2\. Team Handling
- Lead and supervise project engineers, site engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
- Allocate resources and responsibilities effectively.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
3\. Client Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Attend client meetings and project review discussions.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely execution.
- Maintain strong client relationships and address concerns promptly.
4\. Project Planning \& Monitoring
- Develop detailed project plans and work schedules.
- Track project activities against planned timelines.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Submit progress reports and updates to management.
5\. Material Planning
- Prepare material requirement schedules based on project timelines.
- Coordinate with procurement and vendors for timely material delivery.
- Monitor inventory and material consumption at site.
- Ensure availability of materials to avoid project delays.
6\. Site Execution Management
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Monitor quality, safety, and productivity at site.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution.
- Ensure proper project documentation and handover to the client.
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- 8–10\+ years of experience in HVAC project execution and management.
- Strong knowledge of Chiller, VRV, and VRF systems.
- Proficiency in project planning tools, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills.
