Key Responsibilities
● Lead and manage end\-to\-end execution of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical \& Plumbing) projects
● Plan, coordinate, and monitor all on\-site MEP activities to ensure timely project delivery
● Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
● Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and regulatory requirements
● Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
● Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and highlight risks or delays
● Manage project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation
● Handle vendor management, procurement coordination, and subcontractor performance
● Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems
● Resolve on\-site technical issues and provide effective solutions
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
● 8–12 years of experience in MEP project execution
● Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems
● Experience in handling commercial / industrial / infrastructure projects
● Good understanding of BOQ, cost control, and project planning
● Strong leadership, coordination, and problem\-solving skills
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
● Willingness to travel across India (Pan India projects)
