Project Manager

• *1\. Education Diploma in civil, BE in Civil, B.Tech in Civil**

• *2\.Additional Skill good in AutoCad, and Drawing**

• *Additional Key Responsibilities**

• **Supervise and lead junior engineers, site supervisors, and project staff, ensuring effective task allocation and performance management.**
• **Manage and coordinate skilled and unskilled labour to achieve project milestones safely and efficiently.**
• **Plan, monitor, and control the procurement of construction materials, ensuring timely ordering and availability at site.**
• **Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.**
• **Conduct daily project review meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to discuss project progress, address technical and commercial issues, review action items, and ensure timely decision\-making.**
• **Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly project status reports, highlighting progress, risks, resource requirements, and mitigation plans to clients and senior management.**
• **Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) compliance**
• **Risk management**

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
