Job Title: Project Manager – Property Development \& Investment

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and financially astute **Project Manager** to oversee our property development projects and capital investments from our office in Sarvapriya Vihar, South Delhi. In this role, you will bridge the gap between financial investment strategy and physical construction execution. You will be responsible for evaluating property investment opportunities, managing project budgets, assessing risks, and leading development lifecycles to guarantee profitable returns.

Key Responsibilities

**Investment \& Financial Oversight:** Analyze real estate market trends in South Delhi/NCR, evaluate feasibility studies, and manage the deployment of investment capital for new property developments.
**Project Lifecycle Management:** End\-to\-end planning, scheduling, and execution of luxury residential, commercial, or plotting projects from acquisition to final handover.
**Budgeting \& Cost Control:** Create precise financial forecasts, manage cash flows, review Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and strictly control project costs to maximize investment returns.
**Stakeholder \& Vendor Coordination:** Liaise with investors, architects, legal advisors, local authorities for regulatory clearances, and on\-site construction contractors.
**Risk Mitigation:** Proactively identify and resolve financial, legal, or construction bottlenecks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Requirements \& Qualifications

**Experience:** 5 to 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager within real estate development, property investment firms, or construction management.
**Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or Finance (an MBA in Real Estate or PMP certification is a strong plus).
**Skills:** Strong command over project scheduling tools, real estate financial modeling, cost estimation, and risk analysis.
**Local Knowledge:** In\-depth understanding of South Delhi’s real estate market dynamics and local municipal building bye\-laws/regulatory compliance framework.
