The practice combines private sector leading practice with an understanding of the public sector’s diverse needs, focused on delivering improved public services. Government and public sector transactions services, sits under EY’s Transaction Advisory Services practice, a market\-leading, multi\-disciplinary team, working with leading businesses across a range of industries. This practice is in a unique position to deliver implementable strategies given the firm’s sector depth, transaction perspectives, and operational insights. The practice provides experience working with various sectors such as, Transport, Social \& Health care, Education, Urban \& Infrastructure, Economic Development Advisory , Water waste \& Sanitation, Power \& Utilities and Public Finance \& Management. **SaT \- TCF \- Infrastructure Advisory :** Strategy and Transactions enables clients to reimagine ecosystems, reshape portfolios and reinvent for a better future. Investment Promotion \& Business Development Identify and attract domestic and foreign direct investment (FDI) across priority sectors (e.g., technology, manufacturing, infrastructure). Develop and execute targeted investment promotion strategies aligned with regional economic goals. Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective investors. 2\. Investor Engagement \& Relationship Management Serve as a primary point of contact for investors, providing end\-to\-end facilitation support. Build and maintain long\-term relationships with key stakeholders, including corporates, industry associations, chambers of commerce, and government agencies. Organize roadshows, investor summits, and promotional campaigns in India and abroad. 3\. Market Research \& Sector Analysis Conduct market intelligence, benchmarking, and sector\-specific analysis to identify emerging investment trends and opportunities. Prepare investment notes, pitch documents, and sectoral reports highlighting Bengaluru’s competitive advantages. 4\. Policy \& Advisory Support Support government bodies or relevant organizations in policy formulation related to investment promotion. Provide strategic advisory to investors on regulatory frameworks, incentives, and compliance requirements. 5\. Project Facilitation Assist investors through all stages of project lifecycle—from site selection, approvals, and setup to operationalization.
