Project Manager - Social Media

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive **Project Manager** to oversee the execution of social media and digital marketing projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients and internal teams, ensure timely delivery of campaigns, monitor project progress, and maintain high\-quality standards across all deliverables.

• *Candidates with prior experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency will be given preference**, as they will be familiar with handling multiple clients, fast\-paced deadlines, and cross\-functional teams.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage end\-to\-end execution of social media and digital marketing projects.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
• Develop project timelines, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with Social Media, Content, Design, Performance Marketing, and Video Editing teams.
• Conduct regular meetings to track deliverables and resolve bottlenecks.
• Ensure all content and campaigns meet client expectations and brand guidelines.
• Maintain project trackers, documentation, and status reports.
• Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines and quality standards are achieved.
• Handle client feedback and coordinate revisions efficiently.
• Monitor campaign schedules and ensure smooth execution across platforms.
• Identify risks, escalate issues when necessary, and implement solutions proactively.
• Work closely with leadership to improve operational efficiency and project workflows.
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and timely updates.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• **Prior experience in a Digital Marketing Agency is highly preferred.**
• Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Basic understanding of social media marketing, performance marketing, branding, and content strategy.

Pay: ₹9,982\.43 \- ₹35,702\.82 per month
