Project Manager - Technology & operations

• *Job Summary :**

We are looking for an experienced **Project Manager** to plan, coordinate, and manage projects from initiation to successful completion. The role involves overseeing **operations, resources, timelines, teams, stakeholders, risks, budgets, and project delivery** across technology, software, AI/ML, R\&D, and research\-oriented projects.

• *Key Responsibilities :**

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects within defined scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate cross\-functional teams including **Software Development, AI/ML, R\&D, QA, DevOps, Product, and Operations**.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, priorities, and execution plans.
• Allocate resources, assign responsibilities, and monitor team performance and productivity.
• Track project progress, identify delays, risks, issues, and dependencies, and take corrective action.
• Manage client, management, vendor, and stakeholder communication.
• Prepare regular project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Manage project scope, changes, resources, and budgets effectively.
• Ensure quality standards, processes, and project requirements are followed.
• Conduct project meetings, reviews, and performance discussions.
• Resolve operational and project\-related issues and ensure timely escalation when required.
• Conduct project closure, documentation, handover, and post\-project reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and operational efficiency.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Good understanding of **Agile/Scrum, SDLC, project planning, risk management, and reporting**.
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non\-technical teams.

• *Qualification \& Experience :**

• Bachelor's degree in **Management, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field**.
• **5\+ years of relevant experience** in Project Management, Operations, or Technology Management.
• Experience in software, technology, AI/ML, R\&D, or research projects is preferred.
• **PMP, PMI,Scrum Master, or similar certification** is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
