Project manager

• *Position**: Project Manager cum co\-ordinator

• *Location:** Ranchi

• *Qualification**: BE civil

• *Experience:** Minimum 8\-10 years

· Worked Minimum 5 years as Project Manager

· Work as Head of the construction technical.

· In Some Project worked as Co\-ordinator also, like Handle Architect, PMC, contractor, Material arrangement with Purchase as per requirement of Site.

· We will not monitor his day to day Basis. He will himself a work as Head of technical side as well as Site work as per Schedule.

· Decision making capability \& ownership responsibility for site.

· Handled big projects more than 100 cr.

• *Required Skills:** Leadership, technical knowledge of civil works, AutoCAD proficiency, and contract negotiation, Strong site supervision, compliance and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
