Job Description
- BE / M.Tech in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 12\-25 years of experience in Project Management \& PMC for high\-rise residential buildings
- Expertise in MIVAN construction, fast\-track execution \& contract administration
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- Project Leadership: Oversee multiple high\-rise projects from concept to completion
- Planning \& Execution: Ensure strict adherence to project schedules, quality benchmarks, and budget constraints
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface between clients, contractors, consultants \& internal teams
- Risk \& Issue Resolution: Identify potential project risks, provide proactive solutions \& recover sunken projects
Contract \& Claims Management: Handle contract negotiations, claims, and EOT (Extension of Time) assessments
Quality \& Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, HSE protocols \& QA/QC proceduresFinancial Oversight: Optimize project costs, control overheads, and drive profitabilityMentorship \& Team Development: Lead, motivate \& groom a team of young engineers and professionals.**Desirable Skills:**Proven ability to turn around distressed projects \& drive timely completionExpertise in MIVAN shuttering methodology \& high\-rise execution strategiesStrong command over Primavera P6, MS Project, and EVM (Earned Value Management)Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision\-making abilitiesJob Types: Full\-time, Permanent
