We are seeking an experienced and result\-oriented Project Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Water Treatment segment. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, preparing technical solutions, and closing projects related to Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Swimming Pool Systems, and other water treatment solutions.
The role will be remotely monitored and requires strong self\-management, proactive sales execution, and regular reporting to management.**Key Responsibilities**
### **Project Sales \& Business Development**
- Achieve assigned sales targets as per the annual sales plan.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, references, and market visits.
- Identify and develop customers for WTP, STP, ETP, Swimming Pool, and complete water treatment solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and technical discussions.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities to generate leads.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation and order\-closing capabilities.
### **Project Design \& Technical Coordination**
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Perform preliminary project calculations and coordinate with the Design \& Proposal team.
- Submit complete technical information for proposal preparation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotations and commercial offers.
### **Customer Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Address customer concerns and provide timely resolutions.
- Keep clients informed about new products, technologies, and company offerings.
- Follow up for work orders, purchase orders, and payment collections as required.
### **Market Research \& Reporting**
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Conduct client mapping and maintain a database of potential customers.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
### **Cross\-Functional Coordination**
- Work closely with Technical, Service, Purchase, Finance, and Operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure timely project handover and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team to ensure timely payment collections.
- Support after\-sales service activities whenever required.

- Experience in handling WTP, STP, ETP, Swimming Pool, or Process Water projects will be preferred.

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Any Graduate with relevant project sales experience may also apply.
- MBA in Sales \& Marketing will be an added advantage.
