• *Job Summary**

Zeedesign Engineering Private Limited is looking for a proactive and organized **Project Services Engineer** to support project planning, coordination, progress monitoring, reporting, and project controls for engineering projects, particularly in the Oil \& Gas sector.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Coordinate with project managers and multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and overall progress.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and project status updates.
• Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Engineering, and Document Control teams.
• Track project documentation, client submissions, approvals, and pending actions.
• Monitor project risks, delays, and resource requirements and escalate issues to management.
• Maintain project trackers, meeting minutes, action logs, and project records.
• Support project reviews and ensure compliance with project procedures and client requirements.

• *Required Qualifications \& Skills**

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering or a relevant discipline.
• 3–6 years of experience in project services, project coordination, or project controls.
• Knowledge of **Onshore and Offshore Oil \& Gas projects** is preferred.
• Familiarity with project planning, progress monitoring, engineering deliverables, and reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and organisational skills.

• *Preferred Experience**

Experience in engineering consultancy, EPC, Oil \& Gas, offshore platforms, or onshore facilities will be an advantage.
