We are hiring for a dynamic,motivated,and result\-oriented property sales \& marketing executive to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating property sales,handling client relationships,conductin site visits,and executing marketing activities for residential and commercial properties.
Qualification \- 12th pass and bachelor's in any stream
minimum 1 year to 2 years of experience.
Good communication skill and negotition skills.
Basic knowlwdge of MS office.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, referalls, online platforms,and field marketing activities.
Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
Explain property features,pricing,offers,and payment plans to clients.
Conduct property site visits and client presentation.
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into succesfull sales.
Build and maintain strong relationship with customers and channel partners.
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns,promotions,and events.
Maintain customer records and update sales reports regularly.
Achieve monthly and quaterly sales target.
Stay update with real estate market trends and competitor activities.
Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
