As our Proposal \& Bid Operations Lead, you’ll own the entire proposal and submission ecosystem across the company. From RFPs, RFQs, grants, and commercial submissions to partnership proposals and capability decks — you’ll ensure every submission is timely, polished, structured, and strategically aligned.
- *This role is part operations, part coordination, and part storytelling. You’ll work closely with leadership, strategy, design, marketing, finance, and delivery teams to transform ideas, credentials, and business information into compelling proposals that create opportunities.**

- **Owning The Entire Proposal Journey:** From opportunity identification to final submission, you’ll manage the complete lifecycle of proposals, tenders, bids, grants, and commercial documentation.
- **Bringing Structure to Fast\-Moving Submission Processes:** You’ll maintain proposal trackers, submission calendars, documentation systems, compliance checklists, and workflows that keep everything organized and on schedule.
- **Coordinating Across Multiple Teams Without Chaos:** You’ll collaborate with strategy, marketing, design, finance, delivery, and leadership teams to collect inputs, align priorities, and ensure smooth proposal execution.
- **Turning Information into Compelling Business Narratives:** Help create proposal narratives, capability decks, credentials, case studies, and supporting documents that present the company in a sharp, professional, and compelling way.
- **Managing Deadlines Like a Pro:** You’ll handle multiple submissions simultaneously while ensuring timelines, quality standards, version control, and approvals stay perfectly aligned.

- You have 3–6 years of experience in proposal management, bid operations, consulting support, commercial coordination, or agency operations
- You enjoy bringing structure, organization, and clarity to fast\-moving workflows and multi\-team coordination
- You have strong writing, documentation, communication, and project management capabilities
- You can manage multiple deadlines, submissions, and priorities without losing attention to detail
- You’re comfortable working with tools like Notion, ClickUp, HubSpot, Google Workspace, AI tools, or similar operational platforms
