• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage all technical and engineering aspects of proposal preparation for water treatment plants. The role requires strong engineering knowledge, organizational skills, and project management abilities.

• *Responsibilities**

• Tender review and design of optimal water treatment process schemes.
• Preparation of Mass Balance and equipment parameters.
• Designing systems such as MGF, ACF, RO, UF, DM Plant, and UV.
• Using software for UF/RO membrane projections, OPEX calculations, and layout preparation.
• Coordination with suppliers for bought‑out components.
• Preparation of offers, PFDs, P\&IDs, BOQ, deviation lists, cost estimation sheets, line sizing, hydraulics, and valve sizing.
• Drafting offers in SAP and drawings in AutoCAD.
• Timely submission of proposals to the sales team.
• Coordination with sales, manufacturing, projects, service, marketing, and clients throughout the sales cycle.
• Communication with clients regarding payments, dispatches, and documentation.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Advanced Diploma in Water Quality Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in proposal preparation for water treatment plants.
• Proficiency in SAP and AutoCAD preferred.
• Strong project management skills with ability to lead teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.

Pay: ₹300,000\.00 \- ₹800,000\.00 per year
