Public Relations Executive

About the Role

Backbenchers Digital is looking for a dynamic **Public Relations Executive** to support PR activities for our diverse portfolio of brands across F\&B, hospitality, lifestyle, and consumer sectors. This is a contract\-based opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced agency environment and has a passion for media relations, storytelling, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute PR campaigns and media outreach for client accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, publications, influencers, and media partners.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, and communication materials.
• Secure media coverage, interviews, feature stories, and authored article opportunities.
• Coordinate with influencers, content creators, and external partners for campaign execution.
• Track media coverage and prepare PR reports for clients.
• Assist in organizing media events, brand launches, and press interactions.
• Collaborate with Client Servicing, Social Media, and Creative teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Public Relations, Communications, or Media Relations.
• Prior experience in a PR agency, social media agency, or integrated marketing agency preferred.
• Excellent communication, writing, and pitching skills.
• Strong media and influencer network is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proactive, organized, and solution\-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
