UNITED FOOD VENTURES AND ASSOCIATES is looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, and Catering) segment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing products, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring timely procurement of food and non\-food items.
*Key Responsibilities**
Source and procure food, bakery, frozen, dairy, beverage, and kitchen\-related products.
Identify and develop new vendors and supplier relationships.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Generate purchase orders and track order fulfillment.
Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
Compare quotations and prepare purchase reports.
Ensure quality standards and cost\-effective purchasing.
Maintain procurement records and vendor databases.
*Requirements**
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience in HoReCa, FMCG, Food Distribution, or Retail Procurement preferred.
Knowledge of procurement processes and inventory management.
