• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced **Purchase Manager** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of **2 years of experience in procurement/purchase management**, preferably in the **real estate, construction, or infrastructure sector**. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, vendor management, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely procurement for ongoing projects.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best commercial terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project and store teams.
• Evaluate supplier performance and maintain procurement records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
• Coordinate with accounts and project teams for smooth purchase operations.

• *Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Minimum **2 years of experience** in Purchase/Procurement.
• Experience in the **Real Estate/Construction industry will be preferred.**
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement documentation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vendors.
