We are looking for an experienced **Python Tech Lead / Team Lead** to architect scalable backend systems, mentor engineering teams, and drive the development of high\-performance SaaS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend applications using Python and FastAPI.
- Architect and implement microservices\-based solutions for high\-volume transaction systems.
- Mentor and manage a team of software engineers, ensuring high coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and optimize APIs, databases, and distributed systems for performance and scalability.
- Drive technical decision\-making, code reviews, and engineering excellence initiatives.
- Implement robust monitoring, logging, security, and deployment practices.
- Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance in production environments.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and project execution.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of hands\-on software development experience with Python.
- Strong expertise in FastAPI and RESTful API development.
- Experience designing and implementing Microservices Architecture.
- Hands\-on experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and database optimization.
- Strong understanding of event\-driven systems using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
- Knowledge of system design, scalability, performance tuning, and distributed systems.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in SaaS, Logistics, Supply Chain, eCommerce, OMS, or WMS platforms.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience handling large\-scale, high\-traffic production systems.
- Prior experience leading engineering teams and managing project delivery.
