Job Overview

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and enthusiastic QA Tester to ensure the quality and performance of our software products. The candidate will be responsible for testing web applications, identifying bugs, verifying functionality and ensuring a smooth user experience. The candidate must also have good communication skills and be confident in conducting software demonstrations for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of websites, web applications and mobile applications.
• Identify, document and report bugs, errors and software issues.
• Prepare and execute test cases and test scenarios.
• Conduct functional, UI and regression testing.
• Verify bug fixes and ensure proper software functionality.
• Test software features to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Prepare daily testing reports and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with developers to resolve identified issues.
• Conduct software demonstrations for clients and explain software features, functionality and benefits.
• Confidently present software products and answer basic client queries.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Manual Software Testing.
• Understanding of test cases, bug reporting and testing processes.
• Good analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be confident and good at giving software demonstrations.
• Ability to explain technical features in simple language.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
• Knowledge of Jira and Postman will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech / BCA / MCA or equivalent qualification.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
