• *Quality Analyst (QA) – International Process**

• *Experience:** Minimum 1 Year

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Monitor and evaluate calls and customer interactions.
• Conduct quality audits and ensure process compliance.
• Identify performance gaps and provide feedback.
• Prepare daily/weekly quality reports.
• Conduct calibration and feedback sessions.
• Coordinate with operations and training teams to improve quality standards.

• *Requirements:**

• Minimum 1 year of experience in QA for an international process.
• Excellent English communication skills and understanding of American accent is a must.
• Knowledge of quality parameters, audit procedures and KPIs.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
