1\.) Support the QA team in implementing and monitoring food safety, hygiene, and quality standards 2\.) Conduct quality checks on food, service, and hygiene 3\.) Assist in audits, SOPs, and compliance documentation 4\.) Ensure adherence to FSSAI, HACCP, and regulatory guidelines 5\.) Identify gaps and support corrective actions 6\.) Coordinate with Operations, Kitchen, and Service teams for quality compliance 7\.) Support training on food safety, hygiene, and quality
