Quality Assurance Associate

• *About the Role**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and enthusiastic QA Intern who is interested in building a career in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.

The candidate will work closely with the development team to test applications, identify bugs, validate functionalities, and ensure the overall quality and reliability of our products. This role offers hands\-on exposure to both Manual and Automation Testing.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Perform manual testing of web applications and identify functional issues.
• Understand requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute test cases and document test results.
• Identify, report, and track bugs or defects.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and basic compatibility testing.
• Verify bug fixes and ensure existing functionalities are not affected.
• Gain hands\-on experience with automation testing tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers to understand issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain proper testing documentation and reports.
• Participate in testing discussions and contribute to improving product quality.

• *Required Skills \& Qualifications**

• Basic understanding of Software Testing and Quality Assurance concepts.
• Knowledge of Manual Testing fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of Automation Testing concepts.
• Familiarity with SDLC and STLC.
• Understanding of test cases, test scenarios, and bug life cycle.
• Basic knowledge of any programming language such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Postman, or similar testing tools is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of API testing and database/SQL concepts is preferred.
• Good analytical thinking, problem\-solving, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and testing methodologies.

• *Eligibility Criteria**

• **Freshers or candidates with 0–6 months of internship experience in Software Testing / QA.**
• Candidates who have completed or are pursuing a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Candidates with academic projects or practical exposure to software testing are encouraged to apply.

• *Internship Details**

• **Duration: 6 Months.**
• Work Location: Bengaluru.
• Learning Exposure: Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
• **Career Opportunity: Based on performance, learning progress, quality of work, and overall contribution during the internship, candidates may be considered for conversion into a Full\-Time Employee.**

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
