Quality Assurance Manager - Die Casting

Responsible for ensuring all Quality Assurance measures as per IATF 16949 is followed in the company and identifying methods of improving quality while reducing overall costs.

• **Key Role \& Responsibilities:\-***

• Maintaining 5S throughout the plant.
• Maintaining documentation as per ISO \& IATF
• Handling customer audits \& reporting.
• Client\-facing and resolving quality\-related issues timely.
• 8D, Six Sigma \& Action Plan documentation.
• Management of the entire Quality Department viz quality supervisors and inspectors.
• Assisting the new product development team with preparing Technical Feasibility Commitment documents.
• Ballooning and drawing revision maintenance.

• **Qualification \& Experience Required:\-***

• Graduate Engineer with at least 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance in a manufacturing company.
• Exposure to the aluminium die\-casting industry is mandatory.
• Ability to read 2D drawings.
• Ability to use CAD CAM software.
• Excellent working knowledge of 8D, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and IATF 16949\.
• Excellent computer skills.

Pay: ₹600,000\.00 \- ₹900,000\.00 per year
