• *Eligibility Criteria \& Experience**

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or M.E. Mechanical.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering may also be considered based on relevant experience.
• Certification in Quality Management (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or related fields) will be an added advantage.
• Minimum **4–5 years of experience** in the **cutting tools manufacturing industry** in a Quality role.

• *Technical \& Software Skills**

• Proficient in **Microsoft Office**.
• Strong knowledge of **Advanced Microsoft Excel**.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of quality tools, measuring instruments, and inspection techniques.
• Familiarity with ISO quality standards and quality documentation.

• *Key Roles \& Responsibilities**

1\- Designing quality standards.

2\- Inspecting materials, equipment, process, \& products.

3\- Developing quality control system.

4\- Determining corrective actions.

5\- Monitoring the entire production cycle with quality.

6\- Ensuring product meet quality standards.

7\- Analyzing and monitoring quality performance.

8\- Collaborating with operation manager to develop \& implementing control \& improvements.

9\- Developing corrective actions, solutions \& improvements.

10\- Reviewing codes \& specification \& process.

11\- Reviewing performance \& functions of subordinate workforce.

12\- Calibration of instruments.

13\- Reducing customer complaints.

14\- Providing good quality of product and oversee quality process.

15\- Controlling overall quality process with accuracy.

• *Key Skills**

• Knowledge of quality control methodologies and inspection techniques.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, CAPA.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
• Statistical Process Control (SPC).

• Continuous Improvement (Kaizen, 5S).
