• *Key Responsibilities**

• Perform incoming material inspections as per approved specifications and quality standards.
• Carry out visual and dimensional inspections of machined and fabricated components.
• Assist in in\-process quality inspections during manufacturing and assembly operations.
• Verify dimensions and tolerances using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and other inspection tools.
• Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to quality requirements and procedures.
• Identify and report quality issues, defects, and non\-conformities to the Quality Supervisor/Manager.
• Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and documentation accurately.
• Assist in the preparation of daily quality control and inspection reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and process efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards within the workplace.

• *Required Skills**

• Basic knowledge of quality control and inspection processes.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
• Good observation and analytical skills.
• Basic documentation and reporting skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
