Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi\-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires applying comprehensive business and functional insights to design and implement thorough testing strategies. Throughout the day, the lead monitors testing progress, manages defect resolution, and ensures that quality processes and methodologies are effectively applied to meet project goals and stakeholder expectations. Collaboration across teams and continuous improvement of testing practices are central to daily activities.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Test Automation Strategy.
• Strong knowledge of performance testing principles and best practices.
• Ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios.
• Experience in analyzing test results and identifying performance bottlenecks.
• Familiarity with integrating testing tools within continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 7\.5 years of experience in Neotys NeoLoad.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
