As a Service Desk Engineer, you will act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth functioning of systems and applications. You will troubleshoot technical issues, provide voice\-based support, and help maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Provide first\-level technical support via voice and ticketing systems
- Understand client issues and deliver accurate, timely resolutions
- Participate in problem\-solving discussions with internal teams
- Document incidents, solutions, and troubleshooting steps clearly
