Quality Head – Corrugated Box Manufacturing

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Quality Head** to lead the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions in our corrugated box manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in corrugated box manufacturing, quality systems, laboratory testing, customer complaint handling, and process improvement.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Lead and manage complete QA \& QC operations.
• Ensure product quality meets customer specifications and industry standards.
• Monitor incoming raw material quality (Paper, Adhesives, Ink, etc.).
• Conduct in\-process and final inspections during Corrugation, Printing, Die Cutting, Pasting, and Dispatch.
• Perform quality tests such as **GSM, Burst Strength (BS), ECT, Moisture, Cobb Test, Ply Bond, and Compression Tests.**
• Handle customer complaints through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and testing documentation.
• Implement and maintain ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Reduce customer complaints, internal rejections, and process defects.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Dispatch teams.
• Conduct internal quality audits and support customer audits.
• Train production and quality teams on quality standards and continuous improvement.

• *Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of corrugated box manufacturing processes.
• Hands\-on experience in QA/QC and laboratory testing.
• Knowledge of paper and board quality parameters.
• Good understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem\-solving skills.
• Good communication and team management abilities.

• *Qualification**

• **Graduation (Mandatory)**.
• Additional qualification in Packaging, Paper Technology, Mechanical, or Quality Management will be an added advantage.

• *Experience**

• **3–5 years of experience in the Corrugated Box Manufacturing Industry (Mandatory).**
• Experience as a Quality Head, Quality Manager, QA Manager, or Senior Quality Engineer is preferred.

• **Salary:** ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
