Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance
Heading Quality Assurance, Supplier’s Development and Customer Support
Communicate to the top management on quality related issues, non\-conformities and audit reports and initiate necessary corrective action and preventive action
Handling Incoming Quality, In process Quality, Supplier’s Issues and to ensure final product Quality
Preparation \& updating of Sops, Work Instructions, Forms, check lists,
Process Control \& Rejection Control
Support the implementation of product revisions and new product development
*Skills:**
Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or a related field.
12–20 years of experience in Textile Quality Assurance and Quality Control.
Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, quality systems, and testing standards.
Experience in handling customer audits and quality certifications.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and other quality improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
