Quality Manager (only for Building construction experience)

• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager with a strong background in civil construction to ensure that all project activities meet approved quality standards, technical specifications, and client requirements.

• *Roles \& Responsibilities**

Develop and implement Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plans for civil construction projects.

Monitor quality at all stages, including excavation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, and finishing works.

Ensure compliance with approved drawings, IS codes, project specifications, and quality standards.

Conduct site inspections, material inspections, and concrete quality tests.

Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and checklists.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, project managers, and site engineers for quality inspections and approvals.

Identify quality issues, implement corrective and preventive actions, and maintain records.

Manage site laboratories, testing equipment, and third\-party testing activities.

Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, NCRs, and quality documentation.

Lead and guide the quality team to ensure timely completion of work without compromising quality.

• *Educational Qualification**

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Relevant experience in civil construction projects is mandatory.

• *Required Skills**

Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and civil construction standards.

Knowledge of IS codes, concrete technology, and material testing.

Experience in quality audits, inspections, and documentation.

Strong leadership, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and quality reporting.

Ability to manage quality activities independently at project sites.

• *Preferred Experience**

Experience in large\-scale industrial, infrastructure, residential, or commercial construction projects will be preferred.
