Quality Manager

Rational Engineers Limited is a leading manufacturer of Copper \& Aluminium Windings, committed to delivering high\-quality products and continuous improvement in manufacturing excellence. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and quality control functions at our Halol plant.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO standards.
• Ensure product quality and process compliance throughout the manufacturing cycle.
• Lead internal and external quality audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Monitor quality metrics and prepare monthly quality reports.
• Handle customer quality complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Purchase, and Design teams to achieve quality objectives.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor the quality team for performance improvement and skill development.
• Manage incoming, in\-process, and final inspection activities.

Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering, or related field.
• Certification in ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma, or Quality Management will be preferred.

Experience

• 7 to 10 years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Electrical Components, Copper Processing, Transformer Components, or Engineering Manufacturing industry preferred.
