• *Quantity Surveyor (QS)**

A Quantity Surveyor (QS) is responsible for managing all costs related to construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring financial efficiency and value for money throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves quantity take\-offs, cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, contract administration, measurement of work, valuation of variations, and cost control. The Quantity Surveyor works closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are completed within budget while maintaining quality and contractual compliance.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare quantity take\-offs and cost estimates from drawings and specifications.
• Develop project budgets and monitor project costs.
• Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and tender documents.
• Evaluate contractor and supplier quotations.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
