We are seeking a highly motivated and detail\-oriented Quotation \& Billing Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timely completion of all billing tasks. You will work closely with our sales, customer service, and accounting teams to ensure that our customers are billed correctly and on time.
*Responsibilities:**
Accurately generate invoices based on sales orders or other billing documents.
Manage customer accounts and ensure timely payments
Resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes
Maintain accurate billing records
Adhere to all company billing policies and procedures
Issue invoices electronically or through traditional mail methods.
Providing customer support for billing\-related inquiries and issues

*Qualifications:**
High school diploma or equivalent
1\-2 years of experience in billing or a related field
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
