*Job Responsibilities**
Make outbound calls to channel partners and potential clients.
Handle high\-volume cold and warm calls to share and update resale inventories.
Source residential units for sale from channel partners.
Reactivate inactive channel partners and maintain strong relationships.
Generate leads, identify prospects, and qualify potential opportunities.
Follow up on leads to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate call records, feedback, and reports in the CRM system.
Upload and update call logs and feedback regularly.
Explain and promote the Prop/Guru application to channel partners and clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to support sales and sourcing activities.
*Required Skills**
6 months to 1 year of experience in Real Estate Tele calling or Sales.
Proven experience as a Tele caller or Sales Representative.
