• *About the Role**

We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Real Estate Agent with at least 1 year of experience in residential real estate sales. The candidate must have worked with channel partners and possess strong sales, negotiation, and client\-handling skills.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Promote and sell residential real estate projects to prospective buyers.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into successful sales.
• Coordinate with developers, and internal teams for smooth deal closures.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in residential real estate sales (Mandatory).
• Prior experience working with channel partners/brokers is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of residential real estate market trends.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Target\-driven mindset with a proven track record of sales achievement.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹45,000\.00 per month
